  • Review the institutional review board (IRB) approved study material in multimedia formats to understand the study, its risks and benefits, and the participation requirements.
  • Respond to pre-screening questionnaires on any web-accessible device to determine their preliminary eligibility for the study.
  • Get referred to their nearest investigator site to get confirmatory screening.
  • Get invited to create a user account and profile on the TRIALMAGNET or Jeeva eClinical Cloud platform to access their study data from their fingertips.

  • Pre-screen patient data 24/7 from remote access using our secure cloud-based solution.
  • Identify any discrepancies before meeting with a patient and eliminate the scheduling problems.
  • Study investigators can automatically score quizzes to determine patients' comprehension of the study before enrolling.
  • Export a de-identified list of eligible subjects to the sponsor for approval or rejection of participants one-by-one, based on several factors such as inclusion-exclusion criteria, coverage of target population diversity (age, sex, location, etc.), or likelihood of participants to complete the study once enrolled.
